Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@tradeforge.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as return addresses may vary depending on the product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
Responsibility
While we work with trusted fulfilment partners to dispatch products, all returns and refunds are handled by us as the retailer. We will always assist in resolving any issues with your order.
