Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be passed directly to one of our trusted fulfilment partners for dispatch.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier location. Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that some items may arrive separately if your order contains multiple products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Multiple Shipments
As we work with a network of fulfilment partners, items within the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Delivery Responsibility
We work with trusted third-party suppliers to fulfil and deliver your order. While we oversee the process and remain your point of contact, delivery is carried out by our fulfilment partners and their chosen couriers.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
